Dr. Chang provides variety of procedures treatments within her scope of Naturopathic Doctor's license and Chinese Medicine Acupuncture license and she holds many certificates for advanced procedures. Your appointment consultation includes evaluation under both ND and NAEP licenses. Treatment procedures and medications are additional services.
Dr. Chang will evaluate your conditions based on her ND and Chinese Medicine licenses scope and expertise, and discuss at your office visit on causes and treatments best indicated for you. If you don't have insurance or have no out of network coverage, you can pay at time of service to receive Time of Service 10% discount.

For Cancellation and rescheduling, you must call or email at least 24 hours before the actual appointment time. There will be a charge of $75-100 to your account if the call or email is made less than 24 hours before the actual appointment time.

Appointment and Procedure Fees: all billing is done by professional medical billing team. We follow all insurance guidelines, and the rate is decided by your insurance company. All office visits and procedure charges are based on the office visit complexity, number of health problems reported, systems involved, length of time, procedures involved, ...etc.

Time of Service Discount: if full payment is received at time of service, 10% discount will be given for appointment fee and procedure fee. Supplements and medicines do not have sales tax or discounts.
